Terms of Use — My Daily Goal

1) Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using My Daily Goal (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Subscription

• Title: My Daily Goal Premium
• Type: Auto‑renewing subscription
• Length: Monthly
• Price: Displayed in‑app in your local currency (price per month shown on the paywall). Taxes may apply.
• Free trial: If offered, the trial length is shown in‑app. After the trial, the subscription renews at the monthly price unless cancelled.
• Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage & cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Charges: Your iTunes/App Store account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Restore: You can restore purchases from within the App.

3) Use of the App

The App is for personal, non‑commercial use. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services.

4) Health & safety

The App is a general wellness tool and does not provide medical or mental‑health advice. If you need help, contact local emergency services.

5) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6) Apple EULA

For iOS users, these Terms incorporate Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be noted in‑app or on this page.
